It's always rewarding making 牛肉麵 from scratch!The ingredients you mentioned are the proper ones,not exactly sure about celery,I haven't tried that before,but everyone does it differently...I love to add carrot in it,big chucks!fFor cut of beef,I like use shin or brisket,braise it until tender,and you get a flavorsome broth too! I have seen Taiwanese dried type noodles such as 刀削麵 in Chinese grocery stores in Japan,it goes well with 牛肉麵,please look out for them!
Hi,rikk!! This is my first time both cooking&eating 牛肉麺! my husband sometimes go 台湾 for work so I requested instant noodles for just curiously[especially spicy one](-_^)but it was very good for light meal. I referred to some recipes for ingredient of 牛肉麺. I want to try real 牛肉麺 in 台湾 someday!!
