Toast the rawa in a pan until golden to golden brown and setit aside

Fine chop all the vegetable and herbs. Meanwhile boil four cups of water and season it with salt and sugar

Take a cooking medium of your choice either oil or ghee and add dry spices along with curry leaves

Add chopped ginger and garlic to this, followed by adding onion, sautee until golden and then add carrot and green peas.Sautee and season. To this add toasted rawa and sautee for some time. Now add water gradually a while stirring to finish the dish.

Once it absorbs all the water, cook until the rawa or semolina softens and then garnish with chopped coriander and cashews and serve
