Bought this fresh salmon from the Japanese section at Cold Storage for Xmas Eve dinner. Love the pink flesh and of course the freshness of the fish.

Clean the fish and remove any scales

Cover the fish with enough of pepper and salt

Butter the toaster plate before placing the fish on it. Squeeze half a lemon juice on the fish.

Toast at 250 high for 20 mins
