Hi Nana, I’m glad you liked it. If you have some sourdough starter, l recommend that you make these crackers. I’ll tell you the ingredients below.
115g whole wheat flour
1/2tsp sea salt
250g sourdough starter, unfed/discard
60g unsalted butter, room temperature
2tbsp dried herbs, your choice
2tbsp onion powder, homemade or store bought
▪︎Bake the crackers at 180C for 20 to 25 minutes.

There are few things as wonderful as homemade sourdough bread.
About keeping a sourdough starter, however, the sheer amount of waste has bugged me. I set out to find a way to utilize some that discarded starter.
There are lots of recipes out there from pizza dough to waffle and beyond that use the sourdough discarded.
So these crackers are one of the solutions to utilize the discarded starter.
