Preheat oven 350 Season Pork Loin with Sea Salt , Pepper and Dijon Mustard. Place in roasting dish and cook for 30-35 minutes
Boil 6 cups of water on stove top. When water comes to a boil add salt to flavor pasta and add gluten free noodles. (Pasta will cook 10-12 mins)
Add chopped Aspargus into boiling pasta during the last 8-10 mins, to insure vegetable does not over cook. Drain pasta & asparagus Place in bowl and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
