Gluten Free Asparagus Pasta & Roasted Pork Loin

レシピ
材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Tinkayada Gluten Free Rice Spiral Noodles
Organic Asparagus
1.5 lb Pork Loin
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
作り方

Preheat oven 350
Season Pork Loin with Sea Salt , Pepper and Dijon Mustard.
Place in roasting dish and cook for 30-35 minutes

Boil 6 cups of water on stove top.
When water comes to a boil add salt to flavor pasta and add gluten free noodles. (Pasta will cook 10-12 mins)

Add chopped Aspargus into boiling pasta during the last 8-10 mins, to insure vegetable does not over cook.
Drain pasta & asparagus
Place in bowl and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
