Coconut milk tapioca

レシピ
材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Tapioca pearls (small recommended)
1 pack
Milk
500mL
Coconut milk
1 can
Rock sugar
1 pack
作り方

Boil approx 2L of water, add tapioca and simmer until pearls turn transparent

Filter tapioca and pass through cold drinking water (important for texture)

Stir coconut milk into 500mL water, add milk and sugar, stir until sugar completely dissolve

Combine coconut milk with tapioca, let stand until cool, freeze and serve with some kind of sweet fruit (e.g. kiwi Not recommended)
ポイント

Sugar may be too much, better sweet than sorry XD
