Flounder cooked with sweetened soy source, カレイの煮付け

レシピ
材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Flounder
1
Water
1 cup
Soy sauce
70ml
Sweet sake(mirin seasoning)
70ml
Sugar
2 table spoon
Ginger
About 6 slices
Small lid( made with cooking paper or tin foil
1 lid
作り方

Boil a water in a flying pan, when its boiled add a piece of flounder and boil for 5-10 seconds and take it out

Heat a pot and add water, soy sauce, mirin and sugar

Add the flounder and slices of ginger, then place a small lid directly on the flounder. Simmer for 10 minutes with a medium or medium-high heat.

Get rid of the small rid and simmer another 5 minutes with low heat. While simmering, sprinkle the sauce(in the pot) on the flounder

Turn off the heater and serve with ginger if you like. Enjoy your meal:)

Japanese traditional way of simmering fish( recipe memo for myself) Normally you add sake for sauce as well but you can cook without it :) お酒がない時のカレイの煮付け。自分用に覚え書き。
