Tomato and avocado sub

Tomato
1/2
Avocado, medium
1/2
Balsamic vinegar
A tablespoon
Salt
To taste
Pepper
To taste
Vegan butter
1 teaspoon
Bread
1 bun
作り方

Take your bread and spread the butter on both of the insides. Lay butter side down on a frying pan until it becomes toasted.

Cut up your tomato and avocado into thin slices.

Places avocado and tomato slices layered on top of your bread.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top just to add a little flavour.

Drizzle your balsamic vinegar on the top. The kind I used was infused with Lime and Chilli but you can use any kind you like!

Place onto a plate and eat as is or wrap up in parchment paper. Take that breakfast on the go!
