baking powder

honey

sriracha
1/3 cup
mirin

sesame oil

let's cut the wings into 3 portions: drums, flat and tail. discard the tail. preheat oven to 220 degrees. in a mixing bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne and baking powder well. toss in the chicken and coat we

LINE aluminium foil on baking tray, drizzle in some olive oil, place the chicken into the baking tray and wack into the oven. turn every 15 mins. this will take about an hour or when the chicken is golden browned and crispy

in another mixing bowl, add in honey, sriracha, mirin, sesame seeds and sesame oil. once the chicken is done, immediately toss into the sauce. toss until well coated. serve. voila! easy non fry fast chicken wings!
