Prepare the peanut then bake till cook & blended till fine. ( put a side for topping inside pancake ) Beat the egg with sugar until smooth.
Warm water & yeast mixing well then pouring
Both flour and baking soda slowly add in until smooth. Cover with cling wrap. Set it aside in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
Heat up a non-stick pan, ( rub a bit the butter in pan ) scoop in a ladle of batter and gently spread it into a circle to form a thin layer. Cover with lid and fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes ( do not flip )
Then quickly add in peanut, brown sugar, corn and few drop of unsalted butter like spread. Remove and fold in. Repeat batter is used up.
During cook, thin crispy will quickly turn brown, it is best to monitor the heat closely.
