Lamb with red salad.

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Lamb rib chops
2
Tomato
Half tomato
Red onion
1/4 cup
Fresh basil
2 leaves
Fresh peppermint
6 leaves
balsamic vinaigrette
2 tablespoons
作り方

Season lamb. Then grill in the pan about 2 mins each side over medium high heat. Then broil on high for 3-4 mins.
until desired tenderness.

Red salad -- chop everything into small cubes. Mixed everything with balsamic vinaigrette. Serve!
