Breadsticks

レシピ
材料・調味料 (5 人分)
Flour
250g
Olive oil
100ml
Warm water
150ml
Herbs
2 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
作り方

Sift flour into mixing bowl, adding salt to it

Add olive oil to flour, mixing well

Knead dough well on cool, flat surface until a smooth texture is achieved

Add herb of your choice to dough and knead well, flattening dough into a rectangle with rolling pin
5
Cut 10cm-long strips of dough with a 2cm width, rolling the strips to width of baking tray
6
Arrange strips on greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 175 deg cel for 20 - 25 minutes or until breadsticks have turned golden brown
