Eggs stuffed with tuna and capers;)

材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Eggs

Tuna tin
1(80-100g)
Butter (if your tuna tin is in oil, you can use tuna and oil from tin, no need butter.)
1tbs
Mustard
1tsp
Mayonnaise
1tbs
Caper
1tbs
Salt and pepper
To taste
Fresh Dill or greens, paprika powder, capers
For garnish
作り方

Boil eggs (boiled well of course), peel, cut in half, carefully remove the yolks.

Yolks rub through a sieve or blend, add the chopped capers and tuna, butter(room temperature), mustard, mayonnaise.

Fill the half of eggs with this mixture.

Decorate with fresh herbs, capers, sprinkle with paprika.
