Gingerbread☃️

Bread flour
360g
Brown sugar
160g
Molasse
120ml
egg

Butter
170g
Baking soda
1tsp
Salt
5g
Cinnamon
1tsp
Nutmeg
2g
Vanilla essence
Ginger powder
2tsp
作り方

Mix the butter with sugar the add all the other ingredients from above one by one.

Put the sticky dough in a zip lock and keep it in the fridge over the night.

Next day, take it outside for around 30min before you roll it flat using a bit of flour.

Cut the dough in different forms.

Preheat the oven at 180C and bake the cookies for around 10min.
