Bread flour

Warm milk

Dry yeast

Cinnamon

Dry fruits, raisins

Sliced almonds

Lemon zest
Melted butter

Powder sugar

Marzipan:
Almond flour
175g
Powder sugar
125g
Water
2tbsp
Almond essence
作り方

Mix warm milk and dry yeast. In a bowl, mix all together flour, milk mixture, sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon, dry fruits and raisins, sliced almonds and lemon zest. Knead well and let it rest for 1 hour at warm place.

Meanwhile marzipan, mix sugar, water, almond flour and almond essence and form the marzipan into a tube.

After 1hour, divide and form it together with the marzipan on the center, and again let it rest for 30min more. After 30min, bake it at 180C for 40-50min.

After baking, brush melted butter and sprinkle powder sugar.
