Paper plate lunch! Veggie and cheese sandwich on ciabatta with raw marinated collard greens.

レシピ
材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Collard greens
1 bunch (about 8 leaves stems removed)
Onion
1/2 medium sliced thin
Red pepper
1 large cut into thin strips
Garlic
1-2 cloves minced
Lemon juice
1/4 cup
Olive oil
1 tbs.
Tamari Sauce
2 tbs
作り方

Cut collard greens into 1 inch thick, long strips. Place into a large bowl. Add red bell pepper and onion, and mix well.
In a small bowl combine lemon juice, olive oil, Tamari sauce, and minced garlic. Pour over the collard greens and veggies. Using your hands massage the dressing into the veggies well.
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving, or overnight.
ポイント

I pack mine into a large mason jar! Marinates great that way!!
