brush the pan with butter and preheat oven 200C
Place sliced apples in a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice if desired. In a small bowl, mix together white sugar, 1tbsp flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Toss until apples are evenly coated.
Place the apples in the greased pan sprinkle a bit of sugar and cinnamon and top the crumble
For the crumble - Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in sugar, oats and cinnamon but the best will crumble mixed with room hot or cold butter. Set the apple pie on the middle position in the oven and bake the pie until it got light brown color, about 20-30 minutes.
