Tartă cu sparanghel🇷🇴

Asparagus

Spinach

Cannola oil
50ml
Eggs

Fresh cream/sour cre

Cut the asparagus, chop the onion and fry them. After add the spinach until it’s cool. Blend everything, add cheese, eggs, fresh cream, salt and pepper.

Put the mixture on the top on pastry sheet, decorate the tart with some pieces of asparagus and bake at 190C for 40-50min.
