しゃごやき べんと !!

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Pork
200 grams
Shoyu
3 tbsp
Mirin
1 tbsp
Kusho
Sprinkle
Shoga / ginger
1/2 tbsp
Niniku
1/4 tbsp
Kiyabetsu (optional)

作り方

Heat the pan with 1/2 tbsp of oil . Then the meat

Sprinkle it with shio / salt and Kusho / pepper to give taste .

Make fire heat low

Mix the Shoyu , Mirin , garlic , shoga and a little bit of shiokusho/ salt and pepper . Mix it well to form the shogayaki sauce

Put the sauce to the meat and mix . Then put your shogayaki on the plate put some cabbage to if you want .
ポイント

Make sure that the cabbage is only half cooked .
