On a medium cutting board cut half of the onion, red bell peppers, orange bell peppers, garlic and the cucumber in squares finely chopped. Make sure to place them on separate small bowls after once it’s cut.
Once everything is cut, turn on your burner on low volume and wait until the frying pan is a bit hot and then add a little bit of oil. Add all the vegetables to the pan and leave it cooking for 10. Add the salt and black pepper, then stir.
Once you see that the vegetables are starting to look just right, then you add the lemon cut in half, and the teriyaki sauce. Leave it cooking for 10m and then once you see it ready then you place the vegetables on a big plate.
On a separate small frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and make sure the burner is on low volume. Then add the left over brown rice or white rice whichever you prefer on the pan. Leave it cooking for 6m. Then place it on a small medium bowl.
Lastly, on a small bowl, you put the 5 eggs inside and stir it thoroughly. Put a pinch of black pepper and you stir it again. Once ready put the eggs on the frying pan with oil and leave it cooking for 8m. Same for the other side when turning.
The cooking process takes about 28m but it could be less.
