Chicken, Sundried Tomato and Zucchini Pasta

材料・調味料
White cooking wine
1 cup
Sundried Tomato (chopped)
about a cup
Zucchini (lightly peeled and sliced)
1 medium size
Chicken (cut 1 inch cubes)
1 large chicken breast
Parsley (finely choppe
about 3/4 of a cup
Salt and pepper
to taste
Chicken Bullion
2 pieces
Minced Garlic
6 cloves
Penne Pasta
One box
Onion
1 large
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Sweet peas
1 can
Heavy Cream
1 pint
作り方

Sauté the onions in a little bit of olive oil. Then add the garlic. Sauté well and add 1 teaspoon of sugar over the sautéed onions and garlic. Add chicken and sauté. Add sliced zucchini. Saute until zucchini softens. Add cooking wine a little at a time with the chicken bullion. Add the Sundried tomatoes and sweet peas, salt and pepper, parsley and heavy cream. Cook until it thickens. Throw over cooked pasta. Stir and Enjoy.
