Overnight Oatmeal with berries 🍓

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Instant Oatmeal
1/3 cup
Water / Milk
1/2 cup
Blueberries
12 Pieces
Strawberries
5 Pieces
Chia seed
1/2 - 1 tbsp
Pure honey or sweetener
1/2- 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract
1 tsp

Mix all the ingredients (minus honey) into a container (or a jar). Making sure it will mix well

Put your container into the fridge and let it chill in it for the night but if youre in a hurry, 30 minutes is fine as well.

Before eating, Drizzle honey then enjoy! 🍴🍴
ポイント

This is perfect for those who dont have much time in the morning, i usually prep them at night making 2 - 3 batches to be eaten for the next day.

You can of course use any fruits you have in hand, my personal favourite would be with berries , with bananas , lemon rosemary and apples
