Meat filling: In a pot, put oil and garlic then heat the oil. Add onions, cook for 5min, add the paprika, the ground meat, and the all ingredients then simmer for 20min. Lower the heat, cover and cook for 10-15min and more, until it dries a bit. Allowed to cool.
Bechamel sauce: Put butter in a pan and melt. Add flour before all the butter melt and stir it quickly and mix well.At first it makes bubbles and then the surface starts to inflate. Once it flattens, put the warmed milk little by little in the same pan and stir constantly until it becomes solid. Finally add nutmeg.
Lasagna procedure: Peel the bananas and slice them length-wise. Heat up 1/3 cup of oil in a pan and fry the bananas until golden brown. Drain them on a paper towel and set aside.
Preheat the oven 180C. Cover a rectangular mold with butter. Then place a layer of fried bananas, bechamel sauce, meat filling and repeat it again. Sprinkle cheese on top, bake for 25min. Take it out of the oven and set aside for 15min before cutting.
