I had some porchetta served with an orange oil while I was in Italy ,I love it so much that I brought a bottle back(at the back).I used it to serve with my roast pork a few days ago(I forgot to mention),and for this sandwich made from the leftover pork,I tried mixing it in the tapenade and I was very happy with the result.
