Black florest mugcake

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Egg

Vegetable oil
3 tbsp
Buttermilk
3 tbsp
Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
Granulated sugar
3 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp
Self-rising flour
4 tbsp
Salt
Pinch
Chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 cup
Maraschino liqueur or kirsch
2 tbsp
作り方

Microwave the cherries and liqueur for about 20 seconds and set aside.

Whisk together egg and oil.

Stir in the buttermilk, vanilla and sugar.

Add cocoa, flour and salt and beat until smooth

Gently fold the cherries and liqueur.

Divide the batter in 2 mugs and microwave separately for 2 minutes each.
