Creamy Potato

レシピ
材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Potato
500 g
Mayonaise
100 g
Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp , devided
Hot sauce
1 tbsp
Ginger
2 cm , grated
Onion
1/2 clove
Sugar
1/2 tbsp
Sesame seeds
For springkle
Mozarella
For springkle
Butter
作り方

Cut potatoes into bite size

Steam potato until 1/2 cooked

Pan fry butter with onion and ginger

Add steamed potato and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce , stir till done , set into oven safe pan

For the sauce : mix well mayonaise , hot sauce , 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce , 1/2 tbsp sugar

Place the sauce mixture on to potato

Springkle sesame seads , springkle mozarella if you want to make it heavier and cremier

Bake 180 C about 15 minutes
