Heat pan. Add garlic onions ginger paste chillies and sautee til soft. Follow up with curry powder cumin powder coriander powder turmeric pepper and aeasoning. Next add the sliced pumpkin green peas and stir. Add chicken stock and cover for 10 minutes. Open the lid and mashed soft pumpkin and green peas. Adjust seasoning according to your preference. Cover lid for addition 10 minutes til fully cooked.
Serve with your favorite Nan Roti Rice or your favorite bread sandwich. You can have i for breakfast brunch or snacking.
