Old style dim sum but hard to find in restaurants nowadays,luckily not difficult to make,again hardest part is to get the wrappings.I got these in Japanese supermarket. At the back is fried rice with kailan,egg white,ginger and dried scallop.
Yes,this is an old school dim sum,a variation to the one that you usually see in Japan,another version is to put pig liver on it too.But because of the high cholesterol in them,less restaurants are serving them now,but I still love them!
