Hadvo

材料・調味料
rice

besan
2cups
methi chopped
1cup
potatoe grated

salt

turmeric powder
1/2 tsp

soak rice in water for 8 to 10 hours.

Drain water and grind rice.

Add besan in grinded rice add water maje a batter like of bondas or pakori.

add chopped methi, grated potatoes salt turmeric powder and til.Mix the batter .Add eno and some water and mix the batter well.

Put a heavy bottom kadhai on stove on slow heat,brush it with oil.Add rai and few til seeds and spread ,now add batter and cover it with wirh lid let it cook for 30 minutes on slow heat or until hadvo is ready.

To check hadvo is ready ibsert a tooth pick or a knife.If it cones out clear.Put kadhai down from stove and cover it with lid for another five to ten minutes.

Ehen its cool put kadhai up side diwn in a plate and your handvo will come out .Now cut into pieces and serve with dhaniya chutney.
