Natto Japanese style pasta🍝納豆和風パスタ

レシピ
材料・調味料 (1 人分)
lotus root 蓮根
5cm〜
garilc にんにく
1p
White leek or Green onion 葱
1stalk
butter バター
10g
soy sauce or noodle sause 麺つゆ
〜tbs2〜
natto 納豆
1p
egg 卵

spaghetti パスタ

作り方

soaked in vinegar water with thin slices lotus root.
Prepare Chopped garlic&leek or green onion sliced.

drained well of lotus root.

In a pan, saute the oil, salt&pepper,① lotus root ,garlic ,leek at medium/low heat.

Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti as directed on the package.
When the spaghetti is ready, add two tablespoons of the water from the spaghetti into the ②.
Add butter and soy sauce(noodle sauce)mixture to taste.

Drain the pasta, mix with ③
Serve spaghetti in heated plates, add natto&egg on top.

If you like, Mix in addition to the egg white natto,Place the egg yolk only

garnish the spaghetti with chopped green onions or green herbs like chives/parsley.

先日、配分ミスで茹でてしまったパスタを食べねば〜とナポリタンは最近やったし、夜食で珈琲ペペロンチーノも食べちゃった😋とあるもの投入の和風納豆パスタ🎵茹でたてパスタだったら最高だなと思いつつ...私の場合変わら無いかァ,、'`꒰꒪◟̵◞̵꒪‧̣̥̇꒱ァ'`,、'`,、チビ〜ズもぺろりと食べてくれてパスタ解消❗
