Really love the marinated shishamo I did a while ago,so decided to try with baby oysters,they were blanched ,smoked,then marinated in olive oil.And nothing goes to waste in my kitchen,the crab bisque was made with the crab shell I saved in the freezer from the crab salad.
Sometime,when i looking at your posts,I wonder which place that your home or restaurant? So this is it! I loooove this fish dish,Just stacking only my favorite ingredients! sure! i'll order at restaurant, if I find! Great👏👏
These are baby oyster that we make congee and fry egg with,taste very similar with large ones.I love the shishamo marinated in oil so much that I want to experiment with other things!They are quite good too!Unlike most people,I prefer oysters cooked!Thank you for resnap!
