Really love the marinated shishamo I did a while ago,so decided to try with baby oysters,they were blanched ,smoked,then marinated in olive oil.And nothing goes to waste in my kitchen,the crab bisque was made with the crab shell I saved in the freezer from the crab salad.
鮮蠔的マリネ我還第一次見到😍我非常喜歡吃蠔,可惜沖繩雖然環海卻不產蠔,每次都趁回台灣大吃一番呢!如果能買到鮮蠔我也想做來試試!一定很美味😋

很喜歡上次做的是油漬多春魚,今次用蠔仔(你們的蚵仔!)來做,先在水中浸熟,然後煙薰,再浸在橄欖油數天,效果不錯的,其餘的還在想怎用。我們本地的蠔質量很差,用來熟食的話,我也會選來自廣島急凍的。做這個的話,小一點也可以。

These are baby oyster that we make congee and fry egg with,taste very similar with large ones.I love the shishamo marinated in oil so much that I want to experiment with other things!They are quite good too!Unlike most people,I prefer oysters cooked!Thank you for resnap!

Thank you!If you like shishamo,I suggest you should check Labomiho San's "shishamo marinated in oil",I tried to make,and absolutely love it,a very different way of eating shishamo!That makes me want to try other things marinated in oil too,like this one,I used baby oysters,not bad too!Also thank yo
