MUFFINS DE ZANAHORIA Y AVENA
1-1 / 2 cups flour (187.5 g)
1 cup of oatmeal (90 g)
3/4 cup sugar (150 g)
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of carrot grated
1 tablespoon orange peel
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup orange juice (177 ml)
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil (118 ml)
Heat the oven to 375 Â° F / 190 Â° C. Grease a 12-ply mold (muffin tin)
In a large bowl mix the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, grated carrot and orange peel. Add the beaten eggs, the oran
- peel. Add the beaten eggs, the orange juice and the vegetable oil. Mix just until everything is incorporated.
- Fill 3/4 of each mold. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the center is cooked (insert a knife in the center and it should come out clean). Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing.
