Take a big bowl and put 6 spoons of white flour in it. Add 1-2 spoons of sugar and if you like a tea spoon of honey whisk a little.
Crack the eggs in a measuring mug, whisk them and add the milk, whisk again.
Now make a hole in the flour - sugar mix and drop the milk - egg mix very slow inside while whisking. So you will have no clumbs.
Then put a fresh towel over the bowl and let the thin dough rest outside for 30 minutes.
Wash and peel an apple and cut it in cubes or slices. Take a little pan preheat it on low fire and put the walnuts in it. stir from time to time. They should roast a bit bit shouldn't be more dark than before.

Make the crèpes:
Prepare 2-3 plates, the icing sugar and fork for serve the crèpes.
Take the towel from the bowl and whisk again the mass good.
preheat a frying pan on middle heat. Add some butter in it. put the heat on a high heat. The butter should be light brown.
Now make quick and take a big soup serving spoon of the crèpe dough and put it in one in the pan. Take the frying pan and swing it around so that the pan is covered thin with the dough. put it back on the heat. let it be for a minute then jog that the dough is detaching from the pan. Use a spatula to help.
After 2 minutes turn the crèpes. let it be for a minute.
then put it on a plate. put some butter in the pan let it melt and be prepared for the next crèpe.
If you have more than two crèpes or it is your first time doing it you can preheat the oven 80 degrees and let it the crèpes be warm on a plate in the oven.
If you your crèpe is ready, put some vanilla ice cream in it the warm apples and the roasted walnuts and uf you like chocolate sauce.
Decorate with icing sugar and apple and walnuts and some chocolate sauce or / and whisked cream if you like.
