Dough:
Bread flour

Yolks

Milk

Yogurt

Salt
1.5tsp
Cannola oil
25ml
Cocoa filling:
Roasted walnuts
200g
Sugar

Rum essence
1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence
1/2tsp
Cocoa powder
50g
Egg white
2-2.5pc
Poppy seeds filling:
Poppy seeds

Sugar

Milk
75ml
Butter
1/2tbsp

作り方

Dough: In a cup mix dry yeast and warm milk. In a bowl add flour, warm milk and dry yeast mixture, yogurt and knead. Put salt on egg yolks for keeping yellow colour.

Knead around 30min by hand adding oil and melted butter little by little. When the dough starts to make small bubbles on the surface, let the dough around 1 hour to double its volume at room temperature or in the oven at 37degrees.

After 1hour, separate the dough into big pieces. Each piece separate again into another 2 small pieces, take 1 piece and start to roll it with a paddle. Then put the filling and roll it into a tube form. Do same thing for the small remaining pieces.

Once you made all 2pieces now start to braid them. After you braised, put in into a tray then put at the oven and bake them for 40-45min at 160degrees.

Cocoa Filling: Smash or mince the roasted walnuts. Beat 2-2.5 egg whites until you make a foam. Add all the ingredients and mix well until you will obtain a cream.

Poppy seeds filling: Wash poppy seeds. Put them in a pan and add milk, butter and sugar, then boil until we will obtain a cream. After obtaining the cream, add the vanilla essence and let it cool down.
