One of my favourite healthy foods are ‘overnight oats’, they are delicious, healthy and filling.
So, when you are trying to eat healthily, watching your weight and going to the gym it is essential consume food that is filling and gives you energy but most importantly tastes good.
I took inspiration from the ‘overnight oats’ and come up with a hot tasty and even if I say so myself a ‘very sexy’ version. The result is my take on a healthy breakfast that will keep you going through the day and supply enough fuel for a gym workout. What’s more it only takes five minutes to make.. What could be better than that!!
