Cut the ripped Tomato in 8 pieces. Do it with all the tomatos. Now,Take a pan and switch on the flame.bAdd musturd oil,Now add cumin seeds, fennal seeds, asafoetida, green chilly and put all the chopped tomatoes in it, fry it foe 10 mints.
Now,leave it to cool down, and then take some amount in grind it in mixer. Do it with all the quantity. Again add 1tsp musturd oil,add some cumin seeds, bay leaf and crushed ginger and add all the grinded tomatos in It and sugar also.
stir it continuously untill sugar dissolves. Add salt as mentioned above. Add coarsed black pepper, coriander powder and red chilly powder and cover the lid for 5-7 mints.
Add dry roasted cumin power. Take a ladle,put clarified butter and heat it.. now add musturd seeds in it and switch off the flame and spread it all over the sauce. Store it in refrigerator. You will love the indian taste 😋
