Cook tomatoes eggplants mix in a steamer for microwave
Put in mixer with tofu soy sauce curry powder
Cook kabocha alone in dashi (like that can use it for other perpose later on)
Cook garlic in pan then add marinated chicken (in soysauce paprika curry mix) ( no need oil) Then cook til golden add a bit of water if starts to be sticky Then add tomatoe tofu eggplant mix and a bit of water dilute a little and then add mushrooms and capsillum and raw tomatoes. If too sick add water if too liquid add more of eggplant tomatoes tofu paste.
