Steamed whole wheat beef bun

材料・調味料
Whole meal bread flour
3 cups
Soya milk
1 cup
Yeast
7g
Baking powder
1/4 tsp
Brown cane sugar
1.5 tbsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Grounded beef
1/2 cup
Spring onion
1/2 cup
Warm water
1/4 cup
作り方

Fried ground beef and spring onion to taste and drain. To be used later.

Add yeast to warm water. Wait till it bubbles.

Mix all dry ingredients Tgt and start to knead the dough.

Wait till it grow more than double sized

Hit the dough back to original size while roll in the grounded beef and spring onion

Roll out the dough and roll the dough into cylinder shape like a rolled cake. Cut in 2 inches size.

Put on wet cloth let it wake for 20 mins and steam for 25-30 mins.
