For the cream:
Egg white

Cream cheese

For the carrot:
Carrot

作り方

For the dough:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla essence and lemon zest until quantity becomes double.

After add the rest on ingredients and mix

Bake it for 30-40 min at 170 degrees

For the cream:
Mix egg white, sugar and salt at bain-marie

After cooling down the mixture, add the rest of the ingredients

For the candied carrot:
Slice the carrot thinly; in a pot melt sugar together with water then add carrot and boil until become sticky- use it for cake decoration.
