Clean and pat & dry kale. Cut off stems and use leaves only. Drizzle oil & gentle coat leaves both sides. Place on pan using parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt but not too much and or add your favorite seasoning. Mine is chile and lime. Cook for up to 15 minutes (depending on the curliness of leaves).. Mine cooked for 15 minutes. (Start checking at 8 min if leaves are flat).
I cheated and added a few melted organic dark chocolate nibbles to my kale. Oh MY!! =D
