Steam cook veggies

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Brocoli
60gr
Eryngii mushroom
1 piece
Baby corn
2 piece
Garlic
4 cloves
Red chile de árbol
2 pieces
Olive oil
2 table spoon
Butter (unsalted)
1/2 table spoon
Rosemary (dry)
1/4 tea spoon
Coriander (dry)
A pinch
Salt
1/4 tea spoon
Black pepper
1/2 tea spoon
Water
1/2 cup

Cut the broccoli on small pieces, about 1" each

Cut the mushroom into 4 long pieces

Cut the baby corn into half long pieces

Place the vegetables after wash in a mixing bawl and add the whole cloves of garlic, the chilies, and mix with the olive oil and butter seasoning with the rosemary, dry coriander, salt and pepper.

After you he rely mix the ingredients place them into a silicon steam cooker making sure that it can close naturally the cover.

Add the 1/4 cup if water or so, making sure that you leave about half centimetre bellow the cooker adage.

Close the cooker and place it I to the microwave, cooking in high temperature 5000W or up to 250 degrees for 5 minutes.
ポイント

Serve with garlic bread or as a topping for your favourite pasta.
Japanese or Thai rice will also be great for this very simple and healthy dish.
Serve it on a plate with the remaining liquid, please be careful with the very high temperature of the steamer and liquids.
Let the steamer to cool down for a minute and use protective gloves and tongs to serve.
Use this recipe with the vegetable of your choice, also you can add some soya sauce and olive oil instead if butter to make it Asian style. Enjoy it
