Vegan "chicken style" curry

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Onion
Half
Frys chicken style strips
1 and 1/2 cups
Coconut milk
1 cup
Curry powder
To your discretion
Cumin seeds
1 tspoon
Tomato

Tomato purée
Two tablespoons
作り方

Fry the chopped onion on low with the cumin and curry powder(I prefer one with tumeric, love the colour)
Add the chicken style strips and stir periodically, letting the flavors mingle.
Add in the chopped tomato and the paste and cook.

Finally, add the coconut milk and cook for 10 minutes then turn the heat down and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve with basmati rice
