As I was looking at all the goodies you gave me,the idea of having everything on the same dish came up,so I thought of the best possible way to cook them and at the same time well balanced,I hope I did enough good.Recently when I browse the internet,I see many people are doing this type of washoku style plate meal,it must be trendy! Thanks again for the wonderful gifts,I am eating well because of them!

Recently I see many people doing this type of washoku style plate meal,and when I was looking at all the goodies Makioko gave me,I thought of putting all of them on the same dish!I agree it's similar with 一汁三菜 style,Japanese always have well balanced meals and that's the way I would love to eat,I am especially fond of onigiri,and will do more of these in future! Well spotted,I left that out to see if anyone is interested,it's indeed すいか奈良漬,from my favorite shop 近為!

Around means around Tokyo? or Hong Kong? I think Chinese traditionally serve rice and delis on one plate. The name is economic rice or something? I thought the plate was 焼き物 from Japan. What a good buy!
